Start your week with a quiet mind, intentional breath, and a sense of ease in your body. This Evening Yin practice invites you to slow down, turn inward, and create space for stillness.
Poses are held for 1–5 minutes, allowing the body to meet effort with ease while gently stressing the deep connective tissues. Through these long held poses, along with conscious breathing, and supported relaxation, we encourage release, support mobility/flexibility, calm the nervous system, and help restore balance throughout the body. Props are used throughout class to get deeper into poses and make the practice accessible to all bodies and abilities.
