A welcoming, two hour workshop designed for anyone taking their first steps into yoga.
No experience or flexibility is needed-just curiosity. Through a combination of discussion and practice, you will be introduced to the foundations of yoga, basic yoga poses, and breath work, in a slow, step by step way to ensure understanding and comfort. You will leave with confidence to step into future class at Saha feeling prepared and supported.
Dress comfortably, simply show up, all materials provided. Participants will receive a gift card of $10 to use toward future classes.
