Gentle Yoga pairs with Yoga Nidra to calm, center, & ground, followed by a mindful matcha tea ceremony. Learn about matcha & why it is considered ceremonial, be guided through traditional matcha preparation, & practice making your own. Each participant will receive a Matcha Set to take home. Light refreshments provided. No prior experience in yoga or tea preparation is required-this is an opportunity to join in community, have fun, while reducing stress. Limited spots. Hosted by Andrea & Leanne.
