Specifically tailored for those who are seeking more strengthening work in their practice. This is a 45-minute All Levels class. Each week will have a different focus area for toning and sculpting the body. A mix of flow, resistance training, and myofascial release, we will use various props, including but not limited to: ankle weights and hand weights, blocks, foam rollers, a Pilates ball, resistance bands, etc. No prior experience needed.
