Start your morning with a gentle yet invigorating practice aimed at building awareness, strength, and flexibility throughout the body. Expect an introductory round of meditation and pranayama, followed by a series of postures, and a cooldown leading to savasana. The class draws on yoga, Reiki, chakra awareness and Ayurveda to encourage a practice that supports the body and mind throughout life. No prior yoga experience is needed. Come as you are and use this time on your mat to breathe, stretch, strengthen, and relax within yourself and in community with others.
