Leave the winter blues behind as we slough off stagnant energy to move forward to spring. We'll sip on a seasonal tea as we set intentions for the spring months, while learning about the philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine as it relates to the wood element. A luscious yin practice, spring meditation, and an extended Savasana featuring Koshi wind chimes will bring us back into balance, allowing us to flow with the changing seasons.
