We believe yoga gives kids practical tools they can use on and off the mat - from building strength, to boosting flexiblity, to providing helpful calming techniques, and so much more.
In these 45 minute sessions, we'll learn breathing exercises, relaxation/visualization techniques, practice yoga poses together, stretch, play, dance, read a yoga-inspired book or work on a fun, themed activity.
Parents/guardians are required to be present. Limited spots available, mats provided.
Ages 2-5, 1:15-2pm
Ages 6-8, 2:15-3pm
Ages 9-12, 3:15-4pm
