This 45 minute class may be condensed, but it combines all you need for a complete yoga practice. Specifically tailored for those on the go, Express Yoga allows you to take a break from the demands of your day and embark on a journey of somatic movement, mindful flow, and resistance training, concluding with a restful Savasana and breath work. Open to all levels of practitioners as modifications are always offered.
