This 75 minute class is slow paced and nurturing, designed to help you move with ease and confidence. Using chairs, blocks, straps, and other props, we support the body in simple, mindful movements that build strength, improve mobility, and encourage relaxation. This class is an excellent choice for those new to yoga, those returning to movement, or for anyone who prefers a softer, more supported practice.
