Each week, you’ll learn foundational yoga postures and breathing exercises, along with guidance on how to adapt poses and use props to support your body's needs. Each hour long class builds on the previous one, helping you gain a solid foundation so you can feel comfortable and confident as you enter into your yoga journey. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat(or use one of ours if you don’t have one yet), a water bottle, and an open mind.
