Go inward and experience the power of deep, constructive, rest. Restorative Yoga is a gentle practice using bolsters, pillows and blankets to support the body to allow for letting go. This practice can help with reducing stress, nervous system regulation, and relief from chronic pain. Poses are held for longer periods of time and hands-on assistance is used.
