This 60 minute specialty pop-up class will offer you a fun and energizing opportunity to enhance your regular practice. Taking your traditional, familiar yoga flows and blending them with intentional strength training by incorporating hand weights or resistance bands, for example. An optional, reflective meditation will follow to allow for centering of the mind. Open to all levels of practitioners, but a reasonable level of fitness/mobility is suggested.
