This restful, but revitalizing 75 minute class, is practiced mostly on the floor, using gentle movements and satisfying stretches. The focus is “less is more”.  Props, such as tennis balls, blocks, foam rollers, and other massage tools, are used to create sustained pressure on a targeted area(the fascia) to help release tightness, stickiness, tension, fatigue. Plenty of time is offered to explore sensations with curiosity and care. Periods of silence allow for deeper focus on your connection between breath and body, mind, and spirit. This class is ideal for stress relief, recovery, and anyone looking to feel more spacious, supported, relaxed, and recharged. This class has been described as “magical”.
