A nurturing practice designed to help individuals—such as nurses, therapists, teacher, parents, or family members supporting loved ones—combat burnout, compassion fatigue, and physical exhaustion. This class will emphasize rest, restoration, and gentle movement rather than intense exercise. This once monthly class will provide caregivers a safe space to shift from caring for others to caring for themselves, to move from a state of hypervigilance to "rest and digest". Open to all levels, especially those experiencing stress, exhaustion, or physical tension from caregiving responsibilities.
