A gentle warm-up leads into smooth, energizing movement to allow your body to transition from an active day to a calm evening. We’ll blend breath, balance, stretch, and strength with options for every level. Expect a steady, grounding practice that helps to  unwind, release tension, reset, and settle into the evening ahead.
