Creative Embodiment is a gentle, experiential workshop that weaves together yoga, mindfulness, and creative expression to support self- awareness, emotional regulation, and embodied creativity. Through accessible movement, guided breathwork, and grounding mindfulness practices, participants are invited to reconnect with their bodies and tap into their inner wisdom. No prior experience with yoga or art is required; all practices are adaptable and designed to meet participants where they are. This trauma-informed, inclusive space encourages curiosity, presence, and self-compassion. Participants will leave feeling more grounded, creatively energized, and equipped with tools they can apply in their daily lives. All bodies and skill levels welcome. Art materials provided.
