This 75 minute class, is suitable for all levels of practitioners, as it is intended to facilitate exploration of what feels optimal for your body, whether you are just starting out with yoga or are a seasoned regular. Starting with a gentle pace to center the mind and awaken the body, progressively building heat to ignite your inherent vitality, moving through stretches and foundational poses at a slower, but steady pace, with holds that linger, giving you time to explore mindful breathing, alignment, building strength and balance. Then, poses that signal your body to begin to slow down, culminating in a welcome rest. This is a well-rounded class with something for everyone.
