This 75 minute class, integrates the accessible and gentleness of restorative and yin yoga-both practices that support finding ease in the body. Poses are held for longer periods of time allowing for deeper embodiment and mindfulness. Excellent for stress reduction, lowering inflammation, and activating and healing the “rest and digest” parasympathetic nervous system. It is a heavenly antidote to our hectic lives, reminding us of the need to slow down. You will leave feeling the tension releasing benefits of this practice. This class has been described as “much needed nurturing”.
