This 60 minute gentle to moderate flow class, is designed to ease you out of sleep while energizing your body, mind, and spirit. Expect a smooth, continuous flow of breath-led stretches for tight morning muscles and light strengthening work to build warmth without rushing. This class is perfect for those early risers or anyone craving a calm start and a little morning glow. An optional 15 minutes of guided meditation is offered at the end of class to set focus and intention as you head into your day. Suitable for all levels of practitioners as modifications and supports are always offered.
