This 60 minute class is the bridge from the end of your work day to the beginning of your evening, helping you flow through that transition with grace. This is time to take for yourself, knowing the demands of life will still be there, but setting them aside for this hour. You can settle, breathe, move at your own pace, rest, whatever you need to do to make your practice beneficial to you. This class is particularly helpful for those who work in our local school systems, as it follows the school year calendars, but anyone needing a calm and steady reset is welcome!
