This 75 minute, gentle class will help balance the chatter in your mind after a busy day. You will begin with a slow and luxurious exploration of your breath and how to connect it to the movements of your body. Breathing is mindful, stretches are soothing, movement is unhurried, focusing on improving flexibility, balance, and strength, all while leaving your day behind. You will leave feeling centered and calm and ready for the evening. Suitable for all levels of practitioners as modifications and supports are always offered. One of the many reasons why this class is popular is because of its joyous and light-hearted nature-there is a lot of laughter-so bring your sense of humor along.
