This empowering, 60 minute gentle to moderate class, starts with centering into peace and calm. Then, you will move at a steady pace, blending strengthening and balancing poses, building resilience. Breath work and intention setting through mantras guide this powerful practice, helping you to leave behind emotions that no longer serve you. This is a class that builds you up, not only physically, but mentally as well. It helps us find that peaceful warrior within ourselves-to have confidence, to stand in our power, to trust and love ourselves as we are, and at the same time to cultivate a peaceful mindset. One of our most attended classes. Suitable for all levels of practitioners as modifications and supports are always offered.
