Experience and learn more about the ‘moving meditations’ of 

Qigong (pronounced “Chee-gung”). These gentle, flowing poses,

 deep breathing rhythms and visualization techniques enhance the

 flow of Qi (energy) that boosts your immune system, and fuels your

 movements, thoughts, emotions. We will remove energy blockages, 

open meridian pathways, perform energy activation, clearing, organ 

cleansing, and release stagnant energy. Brief teachings on the Energy

Body, the Five Elements, Zang Fu Gong Organ Cleansing, Torus Energy

Field Activation and more. We’ll also touch on Martial Arts and stand-alone 

TAI CHI. No experience necessary, as we will go over the basics of 

Qigong, but still suitable for intermediate level students. 

Wear loose-fitting comfortable clothing.
