In this workshop we will learn about the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) and identify characteristics and expressions of our own unique ANS. Then we’ll explore the parallels between our understanding of the ANS and various yoga and embodied practices that can support us in building and maintaining a healthy and flexible nervous system.
