Meditation should be fun and powerful, not boring and frustrating! We will provide a variety of tips and tricks that you can add to your home practice.
This four week series (March 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd) will be presented using the following categories:
Focusing the Mind, Breath/body Awareness, Energy Work and Heart Consciousness.
Buy the discount package and attend all 4 or drop in to any class, as they are independent from each other. Each class will end with a long meditation period of sound/energy healing, combining singing bowl and frequency healing music. Rob is a Reiki Master and will be providing Reiki healing energy for each student, while they are meditating in this extended Savasana. Wear comfortable clothing, bring an open mind.
