This class integrates the accessible and gentle practices of Yin and Restorative yoga which support finding ease in the body. Poses are held for longer periods of time, leading to deeper embodiment and mindfulness. Excellent for stress reduction, lowering inflammation, healing and activating the “rest and digest” parasympathetic nervous system, you will feel the benefits of releasing tension and finding calm from this mindful practice. All levels welcome.
