This Hatha based class integrates the accessible gentle practices of Yin and Restorative yoga poses that support finding ease in the body. Excellent for stress reduction, lowering inflammation, healing and activating the “rest and digest” parasympathetic nervous system, you will feel the benefits of releasing tension and finding calm from this mindful practice. All levels welcome.
