This class will center you and balance the chatter in your mind after a busy day. We will focus on a slow and luxurious exploration of our breath and how to connect it to the movements of our body. We will play with balance, work to build strength and increase flexibility in a safe and mindful way. This class is for all levels and will offer many options and adaptations. You will leave feeling centered and calm. Laughter, joy and a good sense of humor are encouraged.
