In this gentle to moderate slower flowing class we will practice being mindful and present with every breath in every pose. We will combine strengthening, balancing, and flexibility to create a complete, satisfying, and healing experience. This class is available for all levels and plenty of modifications and support will be offered. You will leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and restored.
