In this all levels revitalizing yet restful class, we explore slow and gentle movements and longer held stretches. Often, we will incorporate useful tools like tennis balls, foam rollers, blocks and more with the intention to stretch out and loosen up the myofascial tissue in all of the major muscle groups.
Mindfulness and attention to breath are woven throughout this class and it will end with an extended, restorative, savasana.
