This 75 minute gentle to moderate class, invites you to move with awareness and intention. This practice emphasizes breath work, stretching, strengthening, and balancing, all working together with present moment attention as you flow through thoughtfully sequenced poses. Expect slower transitions and longer holds, that allow time to notice sensations without judgement. Suitable for all levels of practitioners as modifications and supports are always offered. This class has been described as “transformative.”
